I'm a runner, PT, run leader and lifelong learner who still gets a buzz from discovering somewhere new on foot.

I love running on roads and trails, getting stronger, chasing goals and seeing where a little bit of determination can take you. At 50, I'm learning that getting older doesn't mean playing it safe or giving up on the big dreams. It just means being a bit smarter about how you train, recover and look after yourself.

This is where I share the adventures, the strength work, the lessons, the things that don't quite go to plan and all the joy that comes with it. Because running isn't just about getting faster or going further. It's about feeling good, challenging yourself, exploring the world and having a bloody good time along the way.

I love running!
