London Marathon 2025
The London Marathon is… well, it’s hard to explain unless you’ve been there. It’s beautiful. It’s noisy. It’s relentless and joyful and emotional and overwhelming in the best possible way.
Post-race blues
Post-race blues are real, and they can hit hard. One minute, you're flying high, buzzing from the race, telling anyone who will listen about every detail of the route, the checkpoints, the annoying hills at miles 10/12/18/25… and then – BAM! – it’s like someone’s yanked the rug out from under you.
The power of volunteering
This weekend I swapped running shoes for a crew t-shirt and proudly joined the volunteer crew at Ultra-Trail Snowdonia by UTMB — and I absolutely loved it.
My journey to Arc 25
As I creep swiftly towards another significant birthday, I've decided to shake things up and take on some challenges outside of my comfort zone. Enter The Arc of Attrition by UTMB 50k. To some, this might seem like a walk in the park, but for me, the unknown terrain, daunting hills, and strict 7-hour cut off time make it an exciting yet intimidating challenge.
Paris Marathon
Running my first marathon.
Whenever I reached the finish line of a half marathon I always thought how on earth would I ever be able to run that distance twice?
Well, it turns out that I can, and I did…and so can you.
Back to basics: health
The benefits of a healthier lifestyle are huge: better physical health, better mental health, more energy, steadier moods, lower risk of illness, saving money… the list goes on.
