Hi, I’m Claire. I'm 49, mum of two boys aged 12 and 9, and a Bristol native. Running is my passion, and after years of squeezing it in around a busy life, I know how hard it can be to get started – and even harder to keep going.

That’s why I created this space: a no-pressure, practical resource to help busy women find their way into running. Whether you're juggling work, kids, or just life in general, I share real-life advice, training tips, and motivation to make running feel doable (and even fun!).
